Stop taxing overtime pay, only tax up to first 42hrs.
Stop taxing overtime pay, only tax standard hours pay, this will give people.more freedom and incentive to help out businesses and stay in work. Spending more witch helps all small businesses and will also help people have a stable income.
We work over time for the extra money, this could be for many reason, repairs, extra funds, saving for mortgages, spending. Witch is all taxed when we spend. This will also help millions of working people around the UK with there employment. Give them incentives to help the company's they work for as they keep the overtime and also the spending they do with extra funds will help local community's, local businesses and small businesses stay open.
