Resolve the stench - Hills Chappel farm landfill gases problem

Additional Information

After more than a year of residents enduring a noxious smell as a result of Landfill gases, it appears only to be worsening. Yesterday evening (7th March 2014) the air was filled with the most revolting smell. People are reporting of adverse affects as a result and so the time has come for stronger action to be taken. We need to see this resolved once and for all and assurances that it is not having a detrimental affect on our health.
