Petition Details

Government to enforce this new law on fuel company’s who are racking in ridiculous profits while the British people struggle to get by.

Additional Information

1. BP (BP) posted $8.5 billion in profit for in the second quarter — more than three times what it made during the same period last year. The company also said it would increase its dividends to shareholders by 10%. Shares nudged up in London Stock Exchange trading.
2. The CEO of Tesco has denied the company is profiteering from rising fuel prices despite seeing a 44% increase in sales value to £2 billion in the first three months of the financial year.
