A law to protect cats from attacks by dogs
Be able to prosecute owners of dogs that attack or kill any pet animals
I'm a dog and cat owner and my cat was killed by 3 large dogs that escaped and killed my cat in my front garden. It was witnessed by myself, my daughters and numerous neighbours. My cat was as loved by me just as much as my dogs are so I would like to know why cats have not got a law that protects them like dogs.
