MAKE IT A LAW
My neighbour has about 8 cats, yet they live in MY garden but I did not choose to have cats. They do their business in my garden, I have to clean up! They try to attack MY rabbit in MY garden, it's not fair. I didnt chose to have cats as a pet but I have about 4 in my garden at a time, one even broke into my shed and slept there.
