Food Bank Set Up in local Communities

Please consider the action of setting up Food Banks "collection points "in localised areas - preferably within walking distance - such as Churches , Community Centres, or similar with Government and/or Local Council funding these Food Banks.

The "collection points" are mainly non-profit organisations and are unable to afford the set up and on-going costs that Food Banks incur.

Running costs include
* Food Bank licenses.
(having the food stored/delivered.)
* Administration.
* Volunteers expenses (or wages if appropriate).
* Utility costs/fuel to keep the buildings open.

The demand for Food Banks are growing at a substantial rate and currently there are not enough "collection points" .
