Petition Details

We believe the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman is not fit for purpose, and that staff do not adequately investigate complaints about local authorities. We believe they are wasting people's time and efforts in submitting complaints and evidence, and should be abolished.

Additional Information

I have personal experience where I believe the LGSCO did not take adequate action in respect of a complaint I submitted against my council. We believe the LGSCO is a waste of money and should be abolished. 99% of reviews about them on Trustpilot are bad.
