Change the law so that people may vote ONLY in the country in which they PERMANENTLY reside.

Additional Information

Far, far too many people live outside the national boundaries of this country but retain the right to vote in elections here. Those people have chosen to abrogate themselves of living with the consequences of the votes they make so they must be stopped from affecting the outcome of any election by being legally barred from being on the register of electors. Government employees, armed forces etc serving outside the country should, of course, retain their voting rights.
