Ban all firework sales and the use of them for members of the public
Devise a licence for registered venues/users only. Let the LA approve these for their area
Police say they can not stop them.
Local authorities say they can not stop them.
Environmental departments say contact the police, police say contact the local authority.
This is happening all over the country. They are dangerous, our pets are terrified, people are terrified of them, communities are fed up with them. Times have changed and a new firework law needs to be introduced.
