Build more cycling lanes on roads
Impose a minimum distance of bike lanes relative to the population of major cities and towns. Build the bike lanes according to the minimum distance.
To encourage more people to ride bikes and reduce carbon emissions in cities and towns. Helps cyclists feel safer on the road. Reduces chances of accidents on the road between cars and bikes. Example of low carbon emissions in Oxford where bike lanes are more common.
