Make ALL road users abide by the rules of the road.
This petition is in the hope the Government will make Cyclists more responsible by making them abide by the rules of the road and to have insurance, all road users should be insured, cyclists can injure pedestrians and cause damage to other vehicles.
By making all road users abide by the same rules makes the road safe for all, there should NEVER be one rule for some and not others, this creates problems in itself and not fair.
