Better pay for all health and social care workers
We want better pay, the same as the NHS, we are one of the most hard workers yet we only get minimum wage. We work the same as NHS yet don't get recognised. WE WANT THE SAME RECOGNISATION AS NHS.
We can not take days off to strike, because we CARE. We need you to change the pay section to be the same and more equal. Everyone else can strike about pay but us, it's time to change that NOW!
