Make utility and telecom companies hit targets for good customer service.
Set customer service KPI's that all utility and telecom companies need to hit to show they are providing a good service.
Virgin Media have caused me stress and upset through no fault of my own. They are renowned for having poor customer service and they shouldn't be allowed to continue do it. Customers like Virgin Media should be fined and be made to improve.
