Petition Details

Set customer service KPI's that all utility and telecom companies need to hit to show they are providing a good service.

Additional Information

Virgin Media have caused me stress and upset through no fault of my own. They are renowned for having poor customer service and they shouldn't be allowed to continue do it. Customers like Virgin Media should be fined and be made to improve.

Oversight of utility and telecommunications providers are a matter for the relevant regulators, not the UK Government or Parliament.
