Suspend energy company share payouts and bonuses
To halt the outrageous increase in energy bills the government needs to interceed to cap the huge profits energy companies are currently making.
The government also needs to interceede to temporarily HALT the rediculously high bonuses and payouts being received by energy company bosses.
In this time of crisis given we have renewable energy, energy companies should have to prove their running costs much like the banks are governed.
While the poor and middle class will be plunging into abject poverty, small businesses will no longer be viable and fold, the shareholders will continue to receive huge dividends.
Suspend dividends, suspend bonuses and act quickly to stop the projected increase in energy rates.
