Insist that all members of parliament must not have private health insurance.
If MP's have to go through normal channels for healthcare they will see first hand the delays and inadequacies other residents of the UK have to endure. This would then lead to reform and improvement with the vast sums of money being pumped in to the NHS.
It is not fair that the MP's are not expected to experience the same treatment that their constituents have to - if they were to genuinely go though the normal NHS they will campaign for better service throughout and more fiscal responsibility.
Currently it is felt the value for money is poor and only suppliers and landlords are getting a good deal from the NHS - staff and patients need taking better care of.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about whether to have private medical insurance are a matter for individuals, including MPs, not the UK Government or Parliament.
