Reduce HGV drivers Working hours
Limit HGV driver to 12 or 13 hour maximum per day , drivers are expected to work 15 hours 3 times week and have 9 hours rest and 13 hours rest of the week and 11 hours rest resulting in tired over worked drivers

There are already daily and weekly limits on the number of hours those driving goods vehicles can drive. These vary depending on the weight of a goods vehicles, but all are more strict than those you request in your petition.
