Stop standing charges rising when the energy cost is increased.
Stop charging higher standing charges when it's the gas and oil costing so much more not the maintenance or the infrastructure.
Because I'm concerned that it's greatly increasing the cost of living, which will ultimately raise deaths and mental health issues.

Decisions about standing charges are a matter for utility providers and Ofgem, not the UK Government or Parliament. The price cap is a cap on a unit of gas and electricity, with standing charges taken into account.
