Legalise Escooters and Other PLV with new guidelines.
Legalise the use of E-Scooters and other PLV, creating new guidelines for riders and new laws for manufacturers and retailers.
Suggestions like quality and safety control at manufacturer level, cheap rider proficiency 1 day course, similar insurance cover to cyclists approx £50pa.
