Parole Boards held accountable for any re offending within 10 years.
As in most professions, when you make bad decisions, you are personally held accountable.
Parole Boards need to be held accountable similarly by 'Individual) Financial penalties.
Too many Parole releases end up with serious Re Offending.
The Public want them to be held individually accountable

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Disciplinary procedures are a matter for individual employers.
We could accept a petition calling for the Parole Board as an institution to be fined for reoffending, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
