Call general election upon change of Prime Minister.
Introduce legislation to ensure a general election upon the resignation or change of prime Minister
Prime Ministers are voted for and elected on the basis of the party political agenda that they champion. New candidates offer a new agenda. It is undemocratic for a small number of party members to vote for a new leader to change the political direction of the nation.
