Open vets on Bank holidays.
To keep Vets open on bank holidays to prevent animal deaths. At least keep the emergency vets open.
A friend of mine had a kitten who wasn't able to survive as all vets were closed today as well as the emergency phone.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
We are sorry to hear about your friend's kitten, but decisions about when to open are a matter for individual veterinarians, not the UK Government or Parliament.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to set up a publicly-funded healthcare service for pets, which could be open all the time, if that's something you'd like to happen.
