Give all ages groups the same pay
To give all ages groups the same pay rather than different pay
To make it fair as there are 18 year old who do a better job then a 21 year old yet they get paid more also 18 year olds have to pay bills to and get food for Thier families so for 18 to the retirement age to all get the same pay if they are doing the same job
