Reevaluate policy on street lights in Essex

Additional Information

The signatories of this petition ask the Secretary of State, Eric Pickles, to instruct Essex County Council to carry out a full consultation and review of when and where street lights are being turned off in Essex at night. Residents in Wickford and Basildon are particularly concerned about perceived increase in crime levels.
