Consider employees who completed 5 years in ICT visa to apply for ILR
The Government should allow those who have completed 5 years on Intra-company transfer (ICT) visas to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Currently time on an ICT does not count towards eligibility for ILR.
All the employees who are hardly working under Intra-company transfer (ICT) are playing taxes for 5 years without getting any benefits from the government. These 5 years should be considered to apply ILR like any other work visa holders.
