A policy put in Care contracts for weekend on weekend off.
Should a policy be implemented, this would help to reduce mental stress and anxiety, and the effects it would have on family life. This would evenly balance out work/family life. The overall staff turnover will lessen, and more people would be happier in the work place. Leading to less absences.
The staff that are being treated like robots that are covering shifts consistently, are losing the profound precious time with loved ones, and relationships are vanishing at an astonishing rate.
