Allow top up for universal credit budgeting advance loan.
Apply for further more budgeting advance loans instead of having to wait for the first loan to be paid in full to help with finacial crisis
To help people in finacial situations with easier loan options instead of having to wait to have one loan paid off first, a top up loan would help alot more.

Petitions must call for a specific and clear action from the Government or Parliament. While we can see that you'd like more support through the Universal Credit advances system, it isn't clear exactly what you'd like the Government to change.
You could start a petition asking the Government to write off repayment of Universal Credit advance loans while the cost of living is rising.
