Petition Action

Prevent Agencies cashing in on lawful I.A.

Petition Details

Railway workers are engaged in lawful Industrial Action, this can only be prolonged as long as Employment Agencies are allowed to provide “temps”in these circumstances.

Providing undertrained temporary workers hides issues which need to be addressed, giving employers an excuse not to negotiate.

Additional Information

Introduce legislation to make such profiteering unlawful which will shorten the length of time Industrial Action is needed.
