Protect the identity of the social workers.
PLEASE PROTECT THE SOCIAL WORKERS' INDETITY!
If the report gets to the person the social worker is protecting them from, then it could cause safety concerns for the social worker and their family.
Classical serino domestic abuse victim splits with abuser with the assistant of the social worker. Then decides to couple up they have the report printed with details of the social worker. I would like the details of the social worker not to be exposed on the service users report instead could be coded so that professional can only know.
