Consider replacing the tax system with an automated tax on all transactions
Commission a feasibility study to assess the effects of replacing the existing tax system with an automated tax on every UK financial transaction. The Government should publish a report showing the likely affects such a change would have on the UK economy, and whether it will implement this change.
