Make OTE contracts ilegal

Additional Information

On-Target-Earning contracts are an absolute exploitation of young and vulnerable employees and contrary to the spirit and terms of the Minimum wage agreement. Legislation should be brought onto the statute books banning OTE employment contracts and any similar derivative.
