Publish OBR Forecast AND 'Growth Plan' on 7th October.
The government should make the OBR forecast available on the publish date of 7th October to allow for open scrutiny of the 'Growth Plan'. The full details of said plan should be brought forward to the same date to reduce uncertainty and instability in the financial markets.
To delay any details of the Growth Plan until 23rd November is irresponsible and will lead to further turmoil, given the reaction from the markets and IMF this week.
