English Votes for English People

Additional Information

It is time that English MPs only can vote for English Laws. If there is devolution to the Provinces then MPs from these Provinces cannot be allowed to vote on issues for English People. An English Elected Parliament must be established with the same powers as devolved to the Scottish Parliament.
