Status for Overstayers here over 10 years to work in sector with worker shortage
For the government to provide a route for overstayers who have been in the Uk for over 10 years to be regularised and to be productive part of the society.
Provision of a visa to be with restricted work so they can work in sectors who are currently struggling such as the Care Sector.
We would like for the government to do this to help struggling businesses be able to recruit in the Uk. Sponsoring overseas worker comes at a high cost for businesses and this will provide quick and easy access to more staff in the Uk. Those people can be productive members of the society. overstayers successful in the visa application can contribute to the growth of the economy by paying taxes and spending within the uk.
Visa provision should be on the basis of no access to public funds.
