Make Health one of the the Objectives on a Liqour License Application
The four Licensing Objectives are:-
prevention of crime and disorder
prevention of public nuisance
public safety
prevention of harm to children, There should be a fifth one being HEALTH especially if certain places have Serious Health problems and high Death rates due to Alcohol
