Speared by pipe crash barrier!
Another driver speared by screwed pipe crash barrier. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-26587464 This waste of life and limb should be stopped by the simple precaution of threading a wire rope or bar down the pipe. If not done at impact the end breaks at the screwed joint goes through the engine compartment and then the occupants. Failure to implement a simple and cheap fix is an act of negligence.
