Ban donkeys working on beaches

Additional Information

We want donkeys to no longer be used as a tourist attraction on beaches. Many of these are left to work in hot conditions without free access to water and no access to shelter. The donkeys do not freely walk up and down the beaches all day, instead they are pulled and we believe this should stop
