Increase the number of and pay for the police and ban sending out officers alone
It is not right and certainly not safe to send out officers single crewed night or day; the violence & disrespect towards the rank & file is outrageous. They do not give a second thought to harming officers; It is not good enough.
We want the Government and Parliament to make a push to recruit more Police officers, raise wages, and give them better protection & incentives; the government have eroded the pay & conditions over the years, and most police officers feel they are out on their own, facing overwhelming odds.
