Allow 'safe standing' at UK football games
The government should review the current ‘all seater’ legislation so that in the right circumstances (i.e. when it is safe to do so) football supporters should not be legally compelled to sit down at games provided it is in a section of the stadium exclusively allocated as a standing area.
