Mandatory dog breeder/owner licence with compulsory dog training
To enforce the licencing of dog breeders with regular checks. Also a licence for owners with compulsory dog training.
For the future safety of children and adults and ti ensure dog owners are educated about the needs of a dog

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
People already need a licence if they run a business that breeds and advertises dogs for sale, or breed 3 or more litters in any 12 month period and sell any of the puppies. We can accept a petition calling for changes to licensing arrangements for dog breeders, but it would need to be clear what changes you want.
