End Tobacco consumption by 2031 by increasing the tax on it every year
It is necessary to enforce appropriate rules to end tobacco consumption
Tobacco consumption leads to diseases and and an early death at a huge cost for the NHS

We understand that you want to see increased tax on tobacco products, but it's not clear how you want taxes to be increased, or how this could happen in such a way as to end tobacco consumption by 2031.
