Pension program that connects all Pension to one by law when you retire
Every job each person has makes a new pension with a new company the goal to to stop this or make them all connect to one when they are at retirement age
The issue is that people don't know that there is more the one pot they pay in to and when they change jobs some forget about the company that they hold a pension with so when they get to retirement they can't claim it
