England to host 2018 World Cup
I move that the Uk government demand the EU and US ban all advertising and sponsorship of all FIFA and UEFA tournaments by Western companies unless Russia is stripped of the rights to hold the 2018 World Cup due to it's attempted annexation of Crimea. Furthermore, I move that Russia and all it's clubs are barred from all European competition whilst it threatens European peace and stability.
Finally, we, the home nations should prepare to accept the tournament in our 4 countries if Russia fails to comply.
