To make it a criminal offence for any person employed in any elected public office,or for any person speaking on their behalf, to provide an untrue , irrelevant or misleading answer to ANY question put to them by ANY British citizen. Publishable by immediate lifetime bar on holding ANY public office and a custodial prison sentence
