Nurses pay rise compared to MP's rise-Open letter from Lauren and Hannah Campbell.

Additional Information

We, the undersigned, would like the Prime Minister to answer the following question set by Lauren and Hannah Campbell aged 9 and 5. Their question is as follows:

"Dear Mr. Cameron,
My sister and I have a question we would like you to answer.
Why does my mum, who is a nurse and works long hours even nights and weekends only deserve a 1% pay rise when you and the other politicians who don't save lives get 11% and bankers who sit down all day get 35%?
Yours sincerely
Lauren Campbell aged 9
Hannah Campbell aged 5."
Will the Prime Minister please answer this question?
