increase base rate tax to £20000.
increase base rate tax to £20000
increasing base rate tax would increase income for lower and middle earners allowing them to manage energy bills and general cost of living increase without the need for repeated handouts from the government. it would make it more attractive to work and give people more money to manage childcare. this would also stimulate the economy as the increased money would go back into the local economy.
