Petition Action

Restrict fireworks to authorised displays on specific occasions.

Petition Details

Sales of fireworks to the public should be banned as it’s impossible to regulate their use. In addition to distress inadvertently caused to pets, wildlife and people suffering from PTSD, fireworks facilitate deliberate antisocial behaviour towards elderly people and pets.

Additional Information

The Government needs to ban all sales of fireworks to the public, their use should be restricted to official displays.
