Make it a legal requirement for cyclists to use cycle paths where available

Petition Details

Cyclists regularly use a road when a cycle path has been provided, which can cause problems for other road users. These paths have been installed at public expense, and should be used. Failure to use a cycle path when one is available should be made a traffic offence.
