Petition Action

Withdraw the £115000 public duties cost allowance (PDCA) to Prime Ministers

Petition Details

Withdraw or Revise the right to public duties cost allowance (PDCA) to Prime Ministers spending less than a 5 year term in office.
During a cost of living crisis, paying such huge amounts is not a fair use of public spending.

Additional Information

This country has a right to fair governance and accountability of fiscal spending. This type of payment should be controlled with a far greater vigour and reflective of a PM servicing a full term of office.
