After Liz Truss's resignation, call a General Election
The public deserves the opportunity to decide who is the future prime minister and not from a preselected group of individuals but from an open democratic process. An accurate representation of public views and knowledge allows an opportunity for all to be heard & considered in such a turbulent time
After the 2019 GE, the UK has gone though a swathe of nation changing events including, the effects of Brexit, COVID, the war in Ukraine, the cost of living crisis (inc. housing, food and energy prices), energy independence, onset climate issues (inc. water sewage and pollution) & the political turbulence that has come with all of this.
2022 Britain is not even close to that of 2019, but an opportunity for a fresh start, where all are heard, could bring the trust & stability so deeply desired.
