Abolish the Public Duties Cost Allowance for ex-Prime Ministers.
During a cost of living crisis, while people are having to choose between heating and eating, it is unconscionable, that all former Prime Ministers should be entitled to draw on the Public Duties Cost Allowance, to the tune of up to £115,000 per year, because of a job they used to do.
The PDCA is particularly unreasonable when our recent Prime Ministers have failed to serve even one full term in the role.
